28th Annual Glebe Music Festival - Friday 3rd November

Ben Noir French Cabaret

With performances by Ben Palumbo & Paulo Campanari-Brancondi
Ben Noir presents A French Cabaret. You may have seen him as acrobatic flash across the screen in the hit film Moulin Rouge, or one of the first aerial performers to cross the stadium in the Sydney Olympics opening ceremony.

Since then Ben Noir, (aka Ben Palumbo, a multi-talented performer) has performed all over the world. Teaming up with Paolo Campanari-Brancondi (accordionist with a flair for comedy) he presents French chanson in the classic style with the theatrical twist of a unique falsetto range rivaling the most daring sopranos! His last cabaret show included guest performers such as flautist Jane Rutter, as well as other notable guests on the Paris cabaret scene. He recently recorded and released his album “Ben Noir presents a French Cabaret” at major Sydney venues to standing ovations and successfully toured the show to interstate theatres in 2017.
